The Work


Embody Lib partnered with ICEE to design and develop a comprehensive digital course, Foundations of Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity in Eating Disorder Practice, Research, and Advocacy, for inclusion in the ICEE Credential Curriculum.

The project involved full-cycle instructional design, including curriculum structure, learning objectives, content development, assessments, and LMS integration within Canvas. The course was designed to provide an accessible, research-informed exploration of cultural awareness and sensitivity while offering practical applications across clinical, research, and advocacy settings.
